Have there been any resignations recently? What are you paid and how does it compare to competitors? Do you get a bonus and how does it compare to competitors? How far do you travel? How big is your team? By asking such questions, we are then able to say to you that you are actually paid well for your level but aren’t getting the requisite training or business development experience.
