We try and be as helpful to candidates as possible, throughout the process. Instead of just sending them for a job, we try and talk to them throughout their career. We’ll help them from the initial call, to polishing their CV, to prepping them (thoroughly) for interview, to feedback, to second round interview, to offer stage and then acceptance. At each stage we will be there on the other end of the phone or available for face to face meetings. We can be contacted any time to discuss any aspect of the market or the interview process. And, we keep updating them on new jobs within the market and any relevant market knowledge that we pick up. Where partners are concerned it is the same process but with a business plan too.
